Tree Planting

Year 4 children have been planting trees to enhance the field at Grove Street.

The tiny saplings were kindly donated by the {{< link-ext "Woodland Trust" "https://www.woodlandtrust.org.uk">}}. We hope they will provide more shade for future summer playtimes. They will certainly help the environment.

Year 4 will care for the young trees as they grow through their first springtime. They will then pass the mantle to the upcoming cohort in July.
